How to Purchase Tickets
Online Ticket Sales
Our Online Ticketing System
for Single Tickets is available virtually 24 hours a day. However, we
usually close online sales for a given performance 2-3 hours prior to its
curtain time. If you are interested in purchasing last-minute tickets,
please call the
Box Office at (925) 798-1300
for further information or go to the ticket window at the lobby of the
appropriate theater anytime during the hour prior to curtain.
Single tickets for our 2009-2010 Season productions at the
Willows Theatre Mainstage in Concord will go on sale Tuesday, July
7th at 12:00 noon!

Subscriptions for the 2009-10 Season:
Subscriptions for the 2009-10 Season are still available for most
nights
and matinees, though some are filling up! They may be purchased
through the Box Office at (925) 798-1300, Tue-Sat, 12:00-6:00 p.m.

For advance ticket sales, the Willows Daytime Box Office
is now located at 636 Ward Street in downtown Martinez in the lobby of the
Campbell Theatre. Our hours are
Tuesday-Saturday from 12-6pm (excluding holidays). Click here for
directions.
On the day of a given performance, any unsold tickets for that
performance only will go on sale in the theater lobby one hour
prior to curtain time. Students and teachers with ID may purchase Rush
tickets approximately 20 minutes prior to curtain, based on availability.
Ticket Handling
Tickets are usually held at Will Call unless an arrangement
is made to mail tickets for an additional $1 fee. We do not mail tickets
when there are less than 7 days until the performance. Will Call tickets are
available for pickup in the theater lobby one hour prior to your curtain
time.
Sorry, there are No Refunds!
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same
production up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. There is no
fee for exchanges. However, all exchanges are subject to performance price
upgrade, if applicable. Please call or visit the Daytime Box Office.
