General Casting Information:
- Audition notices are placed in Theatre Bay Area magazine and Equity Hotline.
- Auditions are held at either the Campbell Theatre (636 Ward St., Martinez), or the Willows Production Offices (115 Tarantino Dr., Martinez)

- Rehearsals generally are held 6:00 to 10:00 pm weekdays and during daytime hours on weekends, times based on conflicts, generally Noon to 5:00 pm or similar times.
- We usually have one weekday evening off per week, either Thursday or Friday evening.
- If there are children in the rehearsal, whenever possible we try to finish with them earlier rather than later.
- Four to seven shows per week, a four to five week run, and a total of roughly 30 performances.
- This schedule includes Wednesday - Sunday performances.
- When there are children under 18 in the cast, we usually double cast their roles (with some exceptions) so that they only need to commit to 3 - 4 performances per week.
- All non-Equity adult roles are paid a travel stipend, and is meant to defray the cost of travel, NOT pay for all expenses.
- Youth (16 and under) roles are NOT paid a stipend, however they do receive ticket vouchers to the show as well as one free ticket to each mainstage production of the Willows Theatre Company for the next year.
- Each cast member is allotted two Complimentary Tickets to be used anytime during the run (except for opening night).
- The 210-seat Willows Theatre mainstage is located at 1975 Diamond Blvd. in Concord, in the Willows Shopping Center.
- The 98-seat, cabaret-style Campbell Theatre is located at 636 Ward Street in downtown Martinez. It is approximately 15 minutes from the Willows Theatre mainstage in Concord.
- The 1,000-seat John Muir Amphitheater is located in the Waterfront Park in Martinez. It is approximately 15 minutes from the Willows Theatre in Concord and less than 5 minutes from the Campbell Theatre.
