Willows Theatre Company Conservatory Vision Statement

Theatre is an ever-evolving art, continuously influenced by current events and changing times.  The training of young theatre students is vital to the ongoing presence and success of the art form.  In this digital era, interpersonal experiences are declining at an alarming rate.  It is the duty of the Willows Theatre Conservatory to cultivate each young artist’s innate desire to gather together, share stories, and explore human creativity. Moreover, the Willows Theatre Conservatory strives to create an open and supportive learning environment, where creativity is encouraged, and not stifled; where friendships and camaraderie can bloom without fear of peer pressure or judgment; and where every student has a voice.  The Willows Theatre Conservatory respects the role of the student, and endeavors to provide the highest level of training possible for the next generation of theatre artists.
