Dennis Woodard is an Insurance Broker with R.C. Fischer & Company in Walnut Creek.   Dennis joined the Willows Board of Directors in 1995 and has served as President and Vice President.  He holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from California State University-Sacramento and lives in Clayton with his wife, Memory.  They have two adult sons, Brent and Brandon.
