Chuck Lewis, an attorney for Pacific Gas and Electric Company in San Francisco, joined the Willows Board of Directors in 2003.  Mr. Lewis is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.  He also holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at U.C. Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from the Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley.  Mr. Lewis, the former Mayor of El Cerrito, now lives with his wife, Elizabeth, in Martinez, where they operate a horse boarding and training facility called Wyvern Farm.
