Willows Staff Biographies
David Faustina, Managing Director

Mr. Faustina has earned designation as a certified speaking professional and travels the States providing motivational and career development keynote addresses. David has been certified as a Career Development Trainer with Monster Worldwide, known as Monster.com. David studied Political Science at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. After college, David spent six years as the Director of Youth Ministries in Pleasanton, CA, while continuing his education in Nonprofit Management with the California State University, East Bay. Mr. Faustina also holds a certificate in Advanced Communications from the American Pacific University. He is a proud member of the National Speakers Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. David joined the Willows Theatre organization in November 2009 as the Director of Marketing & Development. David also serves as the Arts and Culture Commissioner for Contra Costa County, District IV, covering Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and Clayton.
Eric Inman, Producing Artistic Director

Eric trained at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle,
WA, as well as the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. A Bay
Area native, Eric has served as the Willows Theatre Company's Artistic
Director for the past year, previously serving the company as the Director
of Patron Services. Prior to working with the Willows Theatre Company, Eric
was a Store Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. Eric’s directing credits
include: Chicago (2011 BATCC and Shellie Nomination for Best
Director),The Light in the Piazza, Rags, Once On This Island, Chess, The
Rimers OF Eldritch, The Normal Heart and The Laramie Project.
Eric is currently working on developing a world-class New Works Festival
starting summer of 2012 at the Campbell Theatre, as well as developing a
world-class education company at the Willows Theatre Company with
Conservatory Director Rachel Robinson. Eric has worked in the Bay Area,
Seattle, and New York as an actor, as well, and is a member of the EMC
program through Actors' Equity. Eric was the proud recipent of the 2011
Shellie Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Georgie
in the Willows Theatre Companies production of King O’ the Moon. As
a playwright, Eric is thrilled to work with Box Car and Ianrio Productions
this coming fall to produce his original play Bound By Blood. For

Rachel Robinson, Conservatory Director

Rachel Robinson spent the last seven years working at many of the premier theatre training programs on the East Coast including: Stage Left Children's Theatre, Imagination Stage and Long Lake Camp for the Arts. Rachel graduated summa cum laude from New York University and immediately began a career in arts education and training. While in New York, Rachel performed in many cabaret shows, led workshops, and worked on many off-off Broadway productions. In fall 2010, Rachel moved from the East Coast to San Francisco, where she immediately gained employment as a music instructor at the Pleasant Hill-based Village Music School. She has also taught at Vibo Music Center and the San Francisco Friends School. Rachel is heading the Willows Theatre Company's outreach and education programs including: in-school trainings, WinterStage and SummerStage, the Spring Matinee Student Series, and will be adding to the already impressive list of education programs offered by the theatre group. Rachel has also served as Musical Director for the 2011 productions of: Rags, Chicago (Shellie Nomination for Best Musical Director) and Chess.
